What happens during a Sanctuary Session?

Each session is custom. It may include tea, a foot bath, conversation, bodywork, breath, sound, ritual, and integration. You will always be asked what your nervous system needs before anything begins.

What if I'm neurodivergent or highly sensitive?

Accepted Answer

You are the audience this was built for. Sensory environment, pacing, lighting, scent, and language are all engineered with you in mind. You will be asked your preferences and they will be honored.
