Energy work attends to the layer of you that responds to presence, frequency, and attention. Some people arrive fluent in it. Others arrive skeptical and simply notice they sleep better afterward. Both are welcome — you do not have to believe anything for the work to be worth trying.
Sessions may be entirely hands-off, or braided with bodywork, sound, and breath. Dr. Sabrina Sophia works with body-and-energy sessions, energetic therapy, field clearing, and sound and vibration — always paced to what your system can receive rather than what would be impressive.

Many people receive energy work inside a longer Full Spectrum Session, where it sits alongside conversation, bodywork, and nervous system support. Others come specifically for energetic sessions, or find it through the Spirit and Energy pathways.

Where we meet
In person in Everett, Washington, and online. Energetic sessions are regularly held over video — distance work is a normal part of this practice.
In-person work is held at Kindred Healing Space in Everett, Washington on Mondays and Tuesdays, with online sessions available midweek for clients elsewhere.
