I've lived 15+ years in this rhythm. I know the room you're sitting in.
I've been a road warrior for over fifteen years — touring, consulting, on-call, on a plane, in a hotel by 11 PM, in a meeting by 7 AM, somewhere new every week. I know the loneliness of a king bed at 2 AM. I know jet lag as a full-body nervous-system event, not an inconvenience. I know decision fatigue, food on the run, the silent ache of nowhere feeling like home.
I built this part of my practice for travelers because nobody else seems to be building it. Most wellness assumes you live somewhere. This work assumes you don't — and meets you anyway.
Companionship, by the way, is part of the work — and it is unambiguous: this is professional somatic, therapeutic, and ritual companionship. Conversation, regulation, presence, and being met by someone who actually sees you. Nothing sexual, nothing performative, nothing transactional in the way that word usually gets misused.
